SUSHI RULES & PLATTERS

Single rolls, nigiri, and sashimi can be pre-ordered and will be charged as is on the menu while placing your hibachi order. Sushi platters can be pre-ordered or made on-site. For the chef to make it on-site is a $500 minimum of sushi ordered as well as $50 per hour for the chef. Pre-ordered platters have a minimum requirement of $100 ordered and can be presented as an appetizer or passed around during the show.
